Liz Provo has been involved in sales, marketing and customer service throughout her career. In 2001 she left the corporate world behind her to launch the area's first alternative real estate service, providing print and online advertising for home owners who wished to sell privately, "by owner". Liz educated and empowered homeowners on how to be successful selling their own homes by holding monthly workshops, bringing a team of experts together to help consumers - attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, home stagers and others. With 30,000 magazines throughout Western Mass for over eight years, she helped save consumers save millions of dollars in real estate commissions.
In 2008, Liz founded Mass Marketing Resources, expanding her marketing services to help small businesses and entrepreneurs navigate the new world of blogging, email marketing and social media. Whether she is working with a new business owner on a shoestring budget who is struggling to develop a brand, or with an established business that is experiencing difficulty marketing their business, her goal remains the same - to empower small business owners to embrace tools that will help them succeed. Liz loves to help her clients find and nurture valuable relationships through networking and collaboration and curates the Western Mass Small Business Networking & Event Calendar, published weekly on her website and through social media.
Liz is also a professional speaker and educator. As an Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contact, she is one of 300 professionals across the country who are available to speak to business organizations, chambers of commerce and non-profits on the changing landscape of engagement marketing.
