The use of social media has exploded in recent years.  The ability of social media applications like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn and blogs help businesses of all sizes engage with customers, clients, and users of their products and services.  Done well, s0cial media can position your business as being an “authority”, enhance customer service, educate the public on your brand and be ready to share information instantaneously.  It’s also free.
